When you visit IRB you'll want to take an hour out of your day and pay a visit to the Indian Rocks Beach History Museum. The museum houses artifacts, photos and more from the early settlement days of the town, through the boom of the 50's, and into current times. An example of the museums important work of documenting the history of IRB can be found in many of our vacation rental homes in the form of a book called, "Indian Rocks As It Was" - A Pictorial History. Take some time to browse through it - it's truly amazing to see how much the City has grown & changed over the years.
If art is more your thing... then you'll want to checkout the IRB Beach Art Center & Gallery. There you'll find many local artists and a gallery of some of their works. The Beach Art Center also offers classes to the public (children & adults). The gift shop has some fun items available for purchase so keep them in mind when you're shopping for souvieniers to take home.
