The library is open to the public and offers a convenient way for visitors to IRB to use the on-site computers, browse the internet, or peruse
the plentiful book offerings. Seasonal memberships are available to guests who "winter" in IRB. The Library is located at: 1507 Bay Palm Blvd. (across from Kolb Park and next to the IRB City Hall and Auditorium).

The Friends of Indian Rocks Beach Library is a private organization of volunteers who promote and support the library. The group established the library in 1974 and volunteers operated and staffed it until 2007. 45 volunteers staff the library for the 41 weekly hours of operation.There are also plenty of volunteer opportunities available to those who might be interested. For more information please contact the library directly at: 727-596-1822 or Visit the IRB Library website.
